Terms and conditions
These terms cover this website as it stands today, where the only thing you can do is send us an enquiry. The terms of sale — payment, order acceptance and passing of title — are being written and will be published here before the house takes its first order.
Who you are dealing with
This website is operated by Solare Jewels Private Limited (CIN U32111DC2026PTC471484), registered at Shop No. 16, Sarafa Bazaar, Bank Street, Karol Bagh, New Delhi 110005, India. Sidiore is a trade name of that company. In these terms “we” and “the house” mean the company.
What this site does today
You can read about the house, look at its work, and send an enquiry. You cannot yet place an order or pay through this site. Nothing here is an offer to sell, and sending an enquiry does not create a contract — it starts a conversation.
Prices
Prices are shown in Indian rupees. A price on a creation page is an indication of what that work costs today; it is confirmed to you in writing before anything is agreed, and it can change until then. Commissioned and made-to-order work is quoted individually.
Photographs, and how far they can be trusted
Colour and scale on a screen are not exact. Stones are natural or lab-grown materials and vary between one creation and the next, and hand-finishing means no two are identical. We do not treat small variation as a defect, and neither should a photograph.
What belongs to the house
The designs, photographs, text, the Sidiore name and the mark are the property of the company. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for any commercial purpose without written permission.
What we ask of you
- Give accurate contact details, so we can reply to you.
- Do not use the enquiry form to send anything unlawful or abusive.
- Do not attempt to interfere with the site or the systems behind it.
Liability
We do not exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website.
Terms of sale
Payment, order acceptance, delivery and the passing of title will be set out here before the house opens for orders. Until then, the shipping, returns and warranty pages describe how the house intends to work, and each is marked where a term is still being set.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
