Shipping
This policy is a draft. The carriers, the destinations and the delivery windows below are settled. The free-shipping order threshold and the lead time for made-to-order work are being confirmed, and are described rather than guessed where they appear.
Where we ship
Sidiore ships across India and internationally. Orders leave New Delhi and travel with DHL, BlueDart, Delhivery or FedEx, chosen by destination rather than by price.
Every shipment is insured
Every consignment is insured in transit for its full value, in India and abroad. Nothing leaves the bench uninsured, and you are not asked to pay separately for it.
How long it takes
- Metro cities in India — 2 to 4 working days from dispatch.
- Elsewhere in India — 4 to 7 working days from dispatch.
- International — quoted at checkout for the destination.
Made-to-order and commissioned work is dispatched when it is finished, not when it is ordered. The lead time depends on the work and is confirmed in writing before anything begins.
What it costs
Shipping within India is free above an order value the house is setting before it opens for orders; below it, a flat charge is shown at checkout before you pay. International shipping is calculated at checkout for the destination.
Import duties, customs charges and local taxes on an international order are set by the destination country and are payable by the recipient. We cannot calculate or absorb them.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is offered within India on eligible orders. Where it is available it is shown as a payment option at checkout.
Tracking, and what to do if something is wrong
You receive a tracking reference by email when the order is dispatched. If a consignment arrives damaged, do not accept it — refuse the delivery and write to us the same day at contact@sidiore.com. The insurance covers the replacement.
